A success story of note that I'm sure doesn't come around often!

It started way back in April this year, when I travelled with my partner to the Port Elizabeth shows. There I was introduced to Fran and Jackie Browning, who suggested I bring in a top Pug to show. They put me in touch with Jenny Williams in Australia and the rest, they say, is history!

Since stepping out, Lego has consistently placed in the group, he was awarded his first Group 1 at Breede Rivier Open show under Judge, Elrena Stadler, and has just notched up another Group 1 at championship level at Western Province Kennel Club under judge,  Mr E. Neofytou (Cyprus). Expertly handled to this win by my partner, Duane Riley, Lego went on to win 3rd BIS under judge Mr Seamus Oates from Ireland.

I am told it has been many years since a Pug has been seen in the Best in Show ring and we couldn't be happier that it was Lego, who really is such a joy to show and live with! He oozes breed type and has flawless movement! Thank you to all the judges, both local and international, who have recognised these qualities in Lego. Thank you, too, to his many fans (too many to name) who support us!

Now we rest and look forward to competing in Western Cape Top Dog and starting this all over again in 2015!
