2014 Supreme Puppy Competition: (01/03) Invitations have been sent to the owners of the puppies that have qualified for this event. Puppies must have been awarded a Best Puppy in Show at an All-breeds Championship Show during 2013. Welcome to 2014! Here we go with a brand new year, full of surprises (good ones, we hope!) Let's raise our glasses to the individuals within our midst who keep our sport going - the tireless workers who put in hours and hours of unpaid work to plan, organise and make things happen. Here's to all dog people, whose main interest is dogs and their welfare, and whose love for their own dogs has no bounds. Here's to dedicated breeders, whose intent is to preserve and improve breed type and good health for the benefit of the future and to educate the best way going forward. Here's to the judges, whether they land up in our black books or not (!) - here's to those who are starting out on their new judging journeys, and here's to those who continue to journey or discovery. Here's to the adminstrators of our organisations and structures - may they be in tune with the grassroots as they aim for a better future. Here's to the support of exhibitors as we chase that elusive 'big one', and may we all rediscover the sheer joy of sharing good times and bad with each other.
And to the trouble-makers...... oh, go away!
