01/09	SHOWDOGS is very sad to report the passing of Mike Jennings on Wednesday 1 September. Mike had been in ICU following a heart attack on 23 August. Heartfelt sympathy to Rose and family. Ther funeral is to take place on Wednesday 8 September at 3.00pm at St James Church in Morningside, Durban.
19/08	Dr Michele Miller was hijacked at gunpoint on Wednesday afternoon in Midrand and her car, cellphone, dog equipment, cages and personal belonging were all lost to the thugs.  Fortunately, Michele is safe, and coping as can be expected after an ordeal like this.
12/08	Hearty congratulations to Maryke Coetzee and Sean Pigden on their marriage in Oudtshoorn on Saturday evening, 7 August. The event certainly lifted spirits at the show that weekend!
12/08	Hughie Tarr is at home and recovering from his recent surgery. We wish him a speedy return to normal life.
