Doors to the Venue will be open from 4.30pm

EXHIBITORS MUST DROP THEIR DOGS OFF AT THE DROP OFF ZONE AND THEN ALL CARS MUST BE REMOVED TO THE SECURE PUBLIC PARKING IN FRONT OF THE MAIN CASINO. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES IS ANY DOG ALLOWED TO ENTER THE VENUE VIA THE MAIN CASINO.
All other Guests are to enter the Big Top Arena at the Main Casino Entrance.

The benching area where the dogs are benched is secure and Alan Hill and the Casino staff will control this area.

Please note seating arrangements:

The table which the exhibitors have been allocated is on the front of your exhibitors envelope, there will be three members of the executive committee who will have seating plans, please approach Jean Peden, Lorna Lawlor or Meryl McKechnie if you are unsure of where you are seated.

DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES MOVE SEATING AROUND.
