BREED	R140 per dog per class. Separate entry form for each show. Each club has it's own banking account and details.			The Catalogue will be available free of charge in PDF format on the WhatsApp Dog Gossip and Pulse Groups at 5am on the morning of the show. No printed copies will be available.

SUNDAY - Gundogs, Herding & Hound breeds & groups for both shows. All Best in Show finals for both shows will be judged on SUNDAY. Starting times for all Groups will be advised once entry numbers are finalised. Breed Judging: All breed classes except Baby Puppy, followed by Best of Breed, Best Puppy, Best Junior, Best Veteran. Thereafter Baby Puppy dog & Bitch and Best Baby Puppy. Group judging: Best Baby Puppy in Group, Best in Group, Best Puppy in Group, Best Junior in Group, Best Veteran in Group. Order of Finals judging: Best Baby Puppy in Show, Best in Show, Best Puppy in Show, Best Junior in Show, Best Veteran in Show.

SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS and NOTICES
Breed judging for some groups will start at 08:00, others will start later. A full schedule of “not-before” starting times and the ring plan will be drawn up and published once entries are closed and captured and a breakdown of numbers are available. Benching will be permitted from 12h00 on Friday 8 th October , provided the lawn has been mowed and the rings are set up. Emergency areas must be kept clear at all times. These areas will be marked with hazard tape and also indicated on the ring plan. No gazebos or benching allowed in emergency areas. When erecting your tents and Gazebo's kindly set them back 1.5 (One and a half) meters from the edge of the rings. This includes any ropes etc. Please observe all COVID Protocols – social distancing; sanitisation; masks to cover nose & mouth. Please prefer masks over plastic visors, which are found to lack optimum protection

1. Faxed or emailed entries will be accepted only with proof of payment submitted at the same time. 2. Reference on deposit slip: your surname (not dog's name or other). 3. Ensure entries and deposit slip are clearly legible. 4. No postal orders, registered mail, or postal entries please. 5. Please include your e-mail address on entry form. 6. Bring proof of payment and entry to the show in case receipt verification is required. 7. No numbers will be posted. 8. No entries will be accepted on the day of the show. 9. Money will not be refunded for incorrect entries. 10. Incomplete or illegible entries or those unaccompanied by the correct fees will be returned to the exhibitor.
Only Members of the Kennel Union shall be entitled to enter dogs in their registered ownership in any Championship Dog Show licensed by the Kennel Union. This show will be held under the Rules and Regulations of the Kennel Union of Southern Africa. All Exhibitors/Handlers are personally responsible for the control of their dogs at all times and shall be personally liable for any claims which may be made in respect of injuries which may arise or be caused by their dogs. All Exhibits must be on leads at all times unless otherwise instructed by a Judge. Bitches in season will be permitted to compete in Breed Classes only. Due consideration must be given to competitors in Obedience, Dog Jumping, Agility and other Disciplines. The Committee reserves the right to appoint alternative judges at its discretion.
