INSTRUCTIONS

1. Faxed entries accepted with proof of payment. Reference on deposit slip: your surname.
2. Ensure entries and deposit slip are clearly legible.
3. No postal orders or registered mail, please.
4. Make cheques out to club's full name (not initials).
5. No late entries. Postal entries postmarked on or prior to closing date will be accepted 5 days thereafter.
6. No entries marked TAF or RAF (Transfer applied for) (Registration applied for)
7. Please do not staple cheques to entry forms.
8. Please include your e-mail address on entry form.
9. Numbers will not be posted - please collect at the office on day of show.
10. Bring fax confirmation with you to the show in case receipt verification is required.

ADDITIONAL INSTRUCTIONS: Use separate entry forms for each show section and mark them clearly according to the show:
No 1 - KUSA Championship Show
No 2 - National Events
No 3 - FCI Show
Only signed, official KUSA entry Forms will be accepted

~ No gazebos may be erected in the halls
~ There will be drop-off zones to facilitate loading and off-loading
~ Vehicles will be directed to designated parking areas
~ Emergency areas must be kept clear at all times. Security personnel have full authority to enforce this
~ No vehicle will be allowed on the Arena

KUSA National Dog: To qualify, a dog must be a KUSA Breed Champion (gazetted prior to closing date)
KUSA National Puppy: To qualify, a dog must
~ have won Best Puppy in Show at and All-breeds Club Championship Show
~ be under the age pf 24 months on the day of competition
Preliminaries take place in the afternoon. The judges select 6 unplaced Best of Breed dogs from each group to be judged and placed in the KUSA National Finals in the evening.
The KUSA National Finals will be held in the evening commencing 30 mins after the finish of the Preliminary Round.

This show will be held under the Rules and Regulations of the Kennel Union of Southern Africa.
All Exhibitors/Handlers are personally responsible for the control of their dogs at all times and shall be personally liable for any claims which may be made in respect of injuries which may arise or be caused by their dogs.
All Exhibits must be on leads at all times unless otherwise instructed by a Judge.
Bitches in season will be permitted to compete in Breed Classes only. Due consideration must be given to competitors in Obedience, Dog Jumping, Agility and other Disciplines.
The Committee reserves the right to appoint alternative judges at its discretion.
