INSTRUCTIONS

1. Faxed entries accepted with proof of payment. Reference on deposit slip: your surname.
2. Ensure entries and deposit slip are clearly legible.
3. No postal orders, registered mail, please.
4. Make cheques out to club's full name (not initials).
5. No late entries. Postal entries postmarked on or prior to closing date will be accepted 5 days thereafter.
6. No entries marked TAF or RAF (Transfer applied for) (Registration applied for)
7. Please include your e-mail address on entry form.
8. Numbers will not be posted - please collect at the office on day of show.
9. Bring fax confirmation with you to the show in case receipt verification is required.

ENTRY FEES: Breed: R40 per qualifier
(Note: If your dog has qualified as both a Dog and Puppy, you need to pay 2 X R40)
(A percentage of the entry fees will be donated to our Social Responsibility Charity, which, for 2006, is the Burn Victims Charity. If you would like to donate an additional amount, please mark your payment as "Donation".)

QUALIFICATION: In order to enter this prestigious competition, your dog or puppy MUST have qualified during the course of the 2006 show season in Gauteng only, and the dog must reside in Gauteng.
PUPPY
: One win or one place in a PUPPY GROUP at an All Breeds Open Show or All Breeds Championship Show, OR One win or one place in a PUPPY GROUP at A Specialist Group Club Open or Championship Show or Best Puppy in Show at a Specialist Breed Club Open or Championship Show.
ADULT: One win in the GROUP or 2 placings in the GROUP at an All Breeds OPEN Show or one win or one placing in the GROUP at an ALL BREEDS CHAMPIONSHIP SHOW or one win or 2 placings in the GROUP at a SPECIALIST GROUP CLUB OPEN Show or one win or 1 placing at SPECIALIST GROUP CLUB CHAMPIONSHIP SHOW or BEST IN SHOW at a Specialist Breed Club CHAMPIONSHIP SHOW or OPEN Show
CATERING: Catering will be available all day
HOW TO ENTER: Complete a KUSA show entry form with all your dog's details.
In the section: Classes- you simply enter your dog as
a) ADULT or
b) PUPPY
If your dog qualified at an OPEN show -either All Breeds or Specialist club, please fill in the date of the show and the Group Placing won. You will have received a qualifying certificate from most All Breed Open shows, which you should have already completed and posted to the organizers. If you DID NOT receive a certificate, please supply us with the details of the show where your dog qualified.
If your dog qualified at a CHAMPIONSHIP SHOW- either All Breeds or Specialist club, you must complete a KUSA show entry form and supply us with the details of the show where your dog qualified.
The organizers will check these wins with their records, so please do not enter unless you are sure your dog qualified.

NEW ~ INSTRUCTIONS AND DIRECTIONS

Exhibitors are advised that the show will be held in the upstairs hall of the Randburg Multipurpose Sports Complex. Entrance is from Hans Schoeman Street and entrance to the hall is by way of the ramp at the rear of the hall.
Obedience and Agility Exhibitors may set up in the hall on Friday 24th November before 3pm. Please do not come later as you will be refused admittance. Breed Exhibitors may set up from 10am on Saturday 25th November.
Please do not bench in the specially demarcated areas for stands

Entrance to the hall on Saturday and Sunday will be from 7.30am.

Some seating will be provided but we suggest that exhibitors bring their own chairs.
All exhibitor numbers will be posted.
Exhibitors ARE REQUESTED TO ENSURE THAT THEIR DOGS DO NOT FOUL THE HALL OR THE HALL SURROUNDS- USE A POOP SCOOP!!!

This show will be held under the Rules and Regulations of the Kennel Union of Southern Africa.
All Exhibitors/Handlers are personally responsible for the control of their dogs at all times and shall be personally liable for any claims which may be made in respect of injuries which may arise or be caused by their dogs.
All Exhibits must be on leads at all times unless otherwise instructed by a Judge.
Bitches in season will be permitted to compete in Breed Classes only. Due consideration must be given to competitors in Obedience, Dog Jumping, Agility and other Disciplines.
The Committee reserves the right to appoint alternative judges at its discretion.
